        　　《我係小廚神》舉辦第三屆參與門檻年齡由過往的8歲改為6歲發掘更多年紀小小便廚藝出眾的小廚神經過無數次遴選22位有潛質的入圍者分「BB小廚神」、「Big Big小廚神」、「自信小廚神」3組進行初賽角逐8強席位 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　8強除要在精心設計的廚房展現令成年人意想不到的煮食技巧外亦要隨主持林盛斌(Bob)、麥美恩(Mayanne)、黃碧蓮(Linna)深入平時不能闖入的食材基地向城中名廚請教下廚技巧表現突出者可與Mayanne同到臺灣遊學擴闊飲食知識 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　參賽者每集要按主題做出精心菜式用美食俘虜一眾星級評判的味蕾專業評判Jacky Yu、「肥仔」馮嘉橋、「玻璃朱」Bonnie還會評分派發「小廚神星章」數量越多成為兩強的機會自然增多最後一集兩強綜合各集經驗及教訓把自己的廚藝發揮至極點務求坐上小廚神皇座
